Store honey as long as you like with no fear of contamination. Features include heavy gauge stainless steel, water-jacketed, visual glass gauge showing height of water in water jacket, chromalox heating element, temperature gauge, dripless tap. Even crystallised honey can be quickly processed and bottled. Also very useful for melting and purifying wax. This unit has a 90 kg capacity.
