For your information.

Please click on the web address below for the latest information on the plague locust activities which may have an affect on your bee operation. Spraying may occur as early as mid August.

Of direct reference to beekeepers is the Standard Operation Procedures number 43.

Contact the local Rural Lands Protection Board (RLPB) where you have your bees located regrading spray activity etc. Keep in contact with the RLPB and land owners. Make sure the Boards now where your bees are.
